Please, contact the French Consulate or Diplomatic Missions in your country for details regarding visa and entry requirements.

Bank and currency exchange

Foreign currency exchange is available at the banks in the international airports. Foreign currencies can also be exchanged at several banks in the downtown area.

The international credit cards are accepted for payments in most of the hotels, restaurants and shops.

Insurance

The Organizing Committee recommends the participants to arrange their own insurance for health, travel and property.

The Organizing Committee will not accept any liability for personal injuries or loss or damage of property.

Letter of invitation

On request, the Conference Chairman will be pleased to send a personal letter of invitation to prospective participants for ISOFR 9th. Such invitation is only for the purpose of assisting participant to raise travel funds or obtain visa.
