Registration will close March 1st, 2004.
Registration received after that time will be processed if space available, but timely registration cannot be assured.
A registration fee will be required from all participants other than plenary lecturers and invited speakers. Rates mentioned include admission to all the scientific sessions, documentation, coffee breaks and welcome cocktail on Sunday evening June 6th.
As the number of participants is limited to approximately 250, application forms and payment should be sent as soon as possible.
